Rules and Manners
1.Never throw away garbage. Take back everything you brought with you.
2.When fishing, be sure to check that there are no people or objects around you.
3.You can take home the fish you catch, but please only take what you will eat.
4.At the fishing spot, priority is given to those who have points first.
5.Always be humble and grateful towards nature.
Fishing season and times
Season
In the area we will be showing you, the fishing season is from March 21st to September 19th.
There are some places where fishing is possible outside of this period, but these are very limited.
Time
Fishing is permitted from sunrise to sunset.
Fishing license
Many rivers in Japan have fishing rights, and you can fish by paying a recreational fishing fee. Also, recreational fishing periods are determined in detail for each species of fish, so be sure to check in advance.

Recreational fishing period: Generally from March to September, varies depending on the year.
Recreational fishing fee: 1,000 to 3,000 yen (1 day pass), 3,000 to 8,000 yen (period ticket)
Office
Our office is located in Kawaji Onsen, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture.
When joining a tour, this is generally the meeting and disbanding point.
(For those traveling by train, we also provide transportation to Tobu Railway Kinugawa Onsen Station.)
Access from Tokyo
By Train
It takes about 2 hours from Tokyo (Asakusa Station) to Kinugawa Onsen Station by Tobu Railway’s limited express train.
If you let us know in advance which train you will be taking, we will pick you up and take you to Kinugawa Onsen Station.
Please refer to the information below for information about Tobu Railway’s limited express trains.
By Car
It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car from Tokyo to Kinugawa Onsen.
However, due to heavy traffic, especially around Tokyo, it may take longer.
Fishing tackle shop
The nearest fishing tackle shop that sells Tenkara fishing equipment is Joshuya Kanuma branch.
